Pick n. Pay Maponya Mall has done its best to frustrate its customers with their new ridiculous queuing system, they adopted a one line queuing system which they themselves are unable to control and manage effectively, it took me more than 30 minutes to reach a cashier for 4 items, when I approached a frontline manager Mduduzi to complain he seemed less concerned and said i can take it up with Head Office, I had to approach him for the 2nd time to get his attention, eventually he led me to other frontline managers, one of them asked why are other customers not complaining? I was taken by shock & surprise to her question and I asked her to get out of her cushy office and come & talk to the customers, until one other customer also complained of waiting for more than 45 minutes just to pay for one item. I demand that this queuing system to be reviewed, it does not work!
