Frontline Underwriting Managers

On the 20/09/2012 after the heavy stormy weather, I sent in a claim to Frontline Underwriters through my broker Lizel who works for AW Schoeman t/a ABEX Financial group. ABEX promised to send George to do an assessment of the damage in the lower and upper floor of my house caused by the heavy rains. I was sent from pillar to post until 4 MONTHS later he came to conduct the assessment. ABEX then sent someone else and a third person was also sent to conduct the assessment. Lizel told me after receiving all quotes they'll take the most affordable and she promised me that they'll deposit the money into my account to pay for the repairs. She then started blaming the insurers for not being available and her too busy to assist me. After numerous calls to her she said she'll send someone to fix the damage. While I was waiting for that someone to come she Lizel and Loss Adjusters had an epiphany that the damage was not caused by rain but was due to gradual operating and inferior construction and she'll contact the insurers and get back to me. That was on Tuesday. This has been going on for 7 months now. How incompetent are these people? How much longer must I bear with this madness!!
