I am completely embarrassed and hereby share my views on a 3rd Party Claim / Frontline My Ref: PE98599COM/2.I have been the one calling on several occasions/yet not a call back from the incompetent Rucdah Fember Legal Officer: Liabilities whom have in no way been of any help or assistance to me. I tried escalating the matter further by speaking to her manager Anna Marie which was the greatest mistake I made, She was more worse and arrogant, not taking into consideration that I called her yet she cuts me off when I try to explain and get information's concerning the progress with having my car fixed which was recklessly damaged by their client in a hit and run Accident.
The treatment I received from these two ladies, was not just absurd but unprofessional. In my candid opinion, and from that of a marketing sight of the image of Frontline Underwriters Inc. It's a month today since the incident, I'm still been told that they are still waiting on the brokers to send them their clients premium statement for the month of July now we're in August. Regrettably, their manner of addressing one over the phone was far from encouraging from my professional point of view.
