I called to find out about bookings for December. i was told everyone is on training and no one can help me. I then asked the Rude lady why no one can assist as this is a Company and we have to pay for a service and she said she has another call and put the phone down. ( Cheek). I want to cancel my member ship as your customer service is terriable and your staffs attitude needs to be worked on. This is the first time using my Points and this is the type of service your companiy offers.
