Insurance claim rejected

Goo day i had an accident on the above date. The insurance company took took my vehicle to another panel shop then to bmw. From the date i had an accident i called them every second date for an answere for my claim. The only answere was waiting for bmw reports.only i get a answere after 45 days that my claim was rejected and with no reasons. i had to sit the whole day to get the letter cause they where pulling me along. They said i can pick my vehicle up, when i get to the panel shop they want me to pay for keeping my vehicle which i did not tell them to take it there. Now i handed them over to the ombudsman. The did not call me at anytime, i was calling them. They jus took my money and wasted my time.
