My name is j ramjiyawan I'd no is 6208250018085 took a funeral policy with FNB having lots of problem with them last year I had a problem they stopped debiting from my account and I was not aware of it so wen I did a printout I realized that they were not debiting so I contacted them they asked me to go to my bank n get a printout of my account I did that den they said I must go back to da bank n get a written letter stating that I didn't put a stop order on my debit n I did that last year. I wasn't in south africa I was in da U.S.A and darrived here n saw der was money in my account went n did a print out of my debit to see again FNB stopped debiting now they want me to go all over again and do What I did last year for their stupid blunder that they are making I'm tired of them, I want my money back for all those years that I have paid and I will take a policy else were it will be debited and not canceled every year!!! And the consultants are rude and arrogant and they need to learm customer service I'm not going to loss out on all the years I have paid my money because of the error made by url.
