I was contacted for a Milady's account that was outstanding from 95/96. We came to an agreement to pay it off at R200 per month, december last year. At the beginning of this year they phoned and said I have 2 miladys accounts, which i said was impossible? They looked into the matter and discovered that it was opened on the same at the store on the same day. The customer services then informed me that they taking one off!! But now they are debiting my bank account double. I went and stopped the one debit order, then they still took off money thursday. Now this morning they phone me, they want payment for the other account, I asked to speak to the manager and he slammed the phone in my ear!!
