Was at work 1 day when a consultant of amazing vouchers contacted me to join there membership I waS busy and irritated with the call and joined them in 2008.I never made use of any of their vouchers or services. So in the beginning of 2009 I contacted the callcentre to stop my membership. The consultant who's name I can't rembember because it was 5 years ago said its fine she will end my membership. I also phoned my bank Nedbank to stop my debit order. I got a new job and earnd a very good salary, I didn't have cellphone banking so I didn't know they were still debiting my acc all these years until I resigned and only my babies maintenance money was paid in of R1500 a month I then realised I couldn't draw the whole amount and phoned my bank in 2014 when I realised that there was money going off my acc, and they told me it was AV. I was furious as all these years I really was unaware they were still debiting my acc. I phoned AV and said I want all my money back becoz I stoppd my membershp 2009.Her reasons were that I didn't realize for 5 years they debiting and I had to send a letter confirming my canselation, which wasn't explaind to me whn I cancelled.
