I’m desperately trying to get my membership cancel

I'm desperately trying to get my membership cancelled with Amazing Vouchers since 2008. Through the years until now I've been mailing and faxing them to cancel the membership and they've stopped debiting my account and they would randomly through the years start debiting my account again. It stopped for about a year and then a debit order came off my account again in March 2012.

It is apparent that this company is exploiting my right as a client, and is ignoring my cancellation which I have been trying to do since 2008. It is now 2013 and yet your company insists on debiting my bank account for a cancelled membership.

On the 7th September 2008, I sent a cancellation of my membership to Amazing Vouchers. Since then, being 2009 onwards I've sent e-mails requesting cancellation of this membership which was ignored by Amazing Vouchers. The terms and conditions was attached and I have officially cancelled this membership but yet in March 2012, Amazing Vouchers has once again starting debiting my bank account with R195.00.

Amazing vouchers insists that my account is in arrears, but I've cancelled this membership or trying to cancel it since 2008. money from my acc
