On the 2012/08/25 we submitted provident withdrawal forms for Kevin Delport to Koot at Absa. Koot promised to forward the documents to the branch that are dealing with provident funds. On the 2012/1/ 22 followed up with Koot on how far the application is, I was told that the documents got lost and they are looking for it. Later that afternoon Koot confirm via e-mail that the documents was found and will be forwarded immediately. On the 2013/01/15, I recieved an e-mail from Gugushwe at ABSA provident fund no documents was received. On 2013/01/19 we visited Koot again and hereferred me to Martie because she has forwarded the documents, he also said that he phoned her and she said that she has sent it. We had to get a laywer to sent a letter to the previous employer De Booye security for him to complete the forms which took from May 2012 - August 2012. We have contacted the previous employer and he refuses to fill these documents in again. Which means I will have to pay the laywer a second time to get him to complete these forms. If this is not solved I will have to claim this full provident fund with interest from ABSA. How do u lost documents in a bank.
