I am sick and tired of FNB and their POOR quality of service!
Firstly, I went into the Century City branch to get my contact details changed - this is still not changed.
Secondly, I am attempting to get archived bank statements (for taxation purposes). I sent an email to their online banking email address. The person that responded gave me instructions that is leading NOWHERE (i.e. it is incorrect ) - I don't have time to struggle as much as I am right now!!!
POOR BANK - POOR SERVICE - POOR WEBSITE - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
