No email statements

I need bank statements for the past year, for accounting purposes for my business and found out to my dismay from a member at FNB Mall @ Carnival that I need to pay for the statements. Interestingly, I never received them on email as I was told I would, nor can I request to have them email from the FNB website, due to an error: "This account is not eligible for email statements".

Why were the statements never sent to me via email??? And please don't tell me it was sent to an incorrect email address, or stuck in my spam folders since I get inContact emails.
