When Bonitas took over from Prosano alot of mistakes were made. Last year in November I officially changed my postal address. However from this year January I stopped getting mail, they reloaded the incorrect address?!? and my mail was lost. They also changed my chronic medication without consulting me! I got the shock of my life when I couldn't get the medication I've been using for 15 years. After a month af being sick thay atlast changed it back.
I changed banks and I was in Standard bank when the manager spoke to Kwena from Bonitas, she gave us a fax to send through new documentation on 02/04/2013 I received confirmation email 12/04/2013 showing that the incorrect banking details was loaded! What now? No one is coming back to me to sort out there poor admin skills! They had technical difficulties aswell and because of that they had to double-deduct but they only gave us less than a weeks notice. They made a mistake, and because of that I had to eat serial for dinner; I didn't have time to budget for it. It was their mistake, deal with it.
