On 31/5/13 i cancelled my policy of r397.00 pm per letter and faxed to call centre. on 17/9/13 i received bank statement and could see they were still deducting and policy was never cancelled. i faxed another letter to them on 24/9/13 with original letter and fax sending report as proof i did request the cancellation on 31/5/13. they also have this proof now. everytime i call my query is forever being esculated with no results. they also refuse to refund any payments to me. old mutual did receive my first letter and i was unaware of them deducting the payments further after may 2013. this is their fault as someone did receive my letter and did nothing about the policy cancellation. i feel that i should be refunded of all payments after i requested the cancellation and have the proof of this. nobody can give me straight answers on what to do with this complaint.
