FNB unable to provide service to clients

I have previously complained about the ATM at the Tarkastad branch not working. This is NOT a branch problem. The branch has been described to me as a mini-branch, but it continuously has problems with the ATM (yes, there is only one). At present, it has been saying "Being Serviced" for over an hour, making it impossible for me to make a deposit for cheques I know are going through my account tonight. The closest alternative FNB branch is 80km away. The local branch is being run by three people, of which only one is permanently with the branch. They are trying to cope with the various challenges presented to them by a lack of support from head-office. Nobody can expect the branch to give the excellent service ALL FNB clients deserve without support. One solution which should be implemented as a matter of urgency is to install more ATM's at the branch.
