This is the fourth time now that we have had problems with the FNB branch at Centurion Lifestyle centre. We have to wait for up to an hour to be helped by a service consultant. This is such a pain to go to the FNB branch. The branch should get more staff to make this a better experience for their clients. A friend whom we recommended to FNB went to this branch to switch over to FNB but after waiting over an hour he left and decided not to join FNB.
