Got to the branch at exactly 11:05am (I know as i was on a lunch break) the Branch was litterally empty with 6 cubicals and 4 consultants of which 3 were aleady assisting clients and the other consultant was on the phone (second cubical from the entrance). I was number 3 on the que and only got assisted at 11:48 which is very rediculous. I was shocked at the way they were so relaxed and how on earth can a branch be short staffed after the 25th? im a new FNB client and the company image that they presented was appalling to say the least! it seems as though they react when someone is complaining. Something needs to be done about this Branch.
