Sihle its a pity I didn't take her surname, but I'm sure she's the only Sihle in that branch. She absolutely changed my outlook on branch banking. Generally service at that branch is atrocious, but she was helpful, friendly and went an extra mile in making sure I had a smile on my face by the time I left that place. She was quick and efficient, a complete hard worker - think she serviced more clients than anyone in that whole hour I have been sitting there, we def. need more people like that young lady in that branch.
