Hi I just got of the phone after having very good service with Poletso.
What I think is wrong is that I was briefly asked if I was happy and then asked to make a compliment on Hellopeter.com I think mentioning that hello peter exists should you like to make a compliment is enough but the focus should not on helping customers make compliments publicly but rather on asking them how they really felt.
