I submitted a GP & Pathology claim on 17 & 18 July together with the supporting documents. Friday the claims department notified my claims documents are outstanding, which I submitted on the self help portal & confirmed receipt of documents to the call centre. Friday afternoon the claims had still not been finalized & I wasn't able to use the services again. Monday the 22 July 2013 I called the centre again to complain about the bad service, a Gentleman MTHUNZI MAHLUTSHANA was extremely patient listening to my complaints about the bad Service being rendered by Oneplan Medical department. I complained about my account being wrongly debited, account being suspended for no reason & the lack of communication of the staff in general. I also questioned Mthunzi about all the complaints & frustrated customers on Hello Peter & why there are no responses as I wanted to know if I should find a new service provider that takes care of its clients. Mthunzi assured me he would resolve my issue & call me back to confirm the matter. He did call Monday afternoon, my claims had been finalized & my account active again.
