One Plan debits my account after cancellation

I gave 30 days notice to One Plan Medical Insurance which Mthunzi Mahlutshana received and acknowledged receipt thereof. My final premium deduction should have been 01 April 2013. I have just checked my bank statement and OnePlan have debited my bank account again on the 3 May 2013. I was warned by a previous client of theirs that this is their modus operandi but refused to believe I would have to go into my bank and actually cancel their debit order as I believed as a Financial Services Provider they would not impugn their reputation by committing. Clearly I was wrong, and I expect them to credit this amount into my account immediately.
