Called Oneplan to confirm whether or not documents for claim purposes have been received due to the fact that my e-mail has been giving me trouble. Advised by Customer Care that I can only confirm if documents have been received after 3 days (being the time "proof of payments" takes to process claims). I cant confirm receipt of documents as "proof of payments" do not accept calls. So, if after three days I call to confirm receipt and they tell me they havent received anything, I will have to send the documents again, wait another three days and hope that they've received my documents. What kind of customer service?
