I am so upset! I changed companies and at the new company the salary payment date are the 28th of each month. I phoned V. Malgas from Personal Loan on the 4th July and asked her to please amend my debit order date to the 30th of each month. She insisted that I e-mail her a letter confirming my payment date at my new company! I did it on the same day. Yesterday a deduction goes off my account (on the 23rd already!!), payment of my personal loan!! This affected me very badly as it's the end of the month and I subsequently had after this deduction not enough money to put petrol in my car to get back home!!! I tried to phone her numerous times yesterday to ask her to reverse the payment and why she did not action my request. Eventually just after 3:00 pm I got a hold of her, where she promised that it was reversed and that I will have the money back in my account before 3:30 pm. She will phone me to confirm. I left the office at 4:00 pm still no money in my account. It's now the 24th, the following day and also still no money in my account!! I wonder if they realise how there poor work ethics can affect other peoples routine and lifes!! This is really poor performance!
