Account shows in arrears when it is not

I have had my Nedbank personal loan for quite some time. I pay regularly and always more than the minimum amount due. Because my work circumstances changed, my payment date also had to change. Numerous times I called Nedbank, running up a phone bill. Every time I get promised my payment date will be changed from the 28th of the month to the 6th of the month. My bank account that used to carry the debit order had to be closed, but I make regular payment via eft. And every month, just after the 28th, I get an annoying, obnoxious phone call stating that I am in arrears. What about all the times I was promised that my payment date will be changed? dn because it is not done, I have to pay extra interest, even though I am a loyal paying customer?
