I have a personal loan at FNB. My first deduction came from my Absa account purely because my salary was at that time paid into that account. I have asked FNB numerous times to change the details to my current FNB account for the loan deduction. They simply deduct when they want and how much they want... still from my ABSA account. I have been to the Tygervalley FNB branch numerous times (about six times) and still have no proper feedback as to deductions. They have deducted twice this month and has not given any response as to giving my money back. My account shows arrears but because of their faults. I have to keep following up on this situation... not once was I phoned by FNB to respond to my requests.
This is unexceptable from a bank claiming to be the leader in their field. They are pathetic in client relations.
