Poor service in terms of payment that is due to me

I have a credit balance in my home loan account due to overpayment. Upon request of this over payment I was told that my money would be transferred into my personal bank account within four working days. Two months have passed and I still have not recieved any payment. Upon querying I was put through to the Home Loan Department. I was told that my account is dormant. This cannot be the case as I have not closed my account and my Department stop-order is still going through every month. The said person told me that I need to take
an insurance before the money can be put into my personal bank account. She wanted to put me through to someone in charge of insurance and I refused as I feel this is my money and I already have an insurance in my home loan and I obviously will continue with my insurance once I have cancelled my bond repayment. I cannot understand why money that belongs to me cannot be paid back to me. The manageress of the said bank told me on 23 May that she would look into the matter and would phone me to let me know what is going on by latest Friday, May 24. I have recieved no joy in this regard.
