Wednesday the 3rd July I had an accident and the car was written off. I made Dial direct aware the next morning to begin a claim process. Thus far the only feedback is when I call to find out. My work circumstances are being affected by the delays. The assessor took over a week to come to view the vehicle and now I am constantly getting the excuse that they are waiting for medical records. From all the positive advertising from the great service and efficient service I've heard which made me choose Dial Direct, I am now fed up and most likely will not recommend it to anyone. Please prove me wrong and show me that you do supply the service you "guarantee".
