I had a claim against a Dial Direct customer. We where involved in a minor accident. I am not a customer of Dial Direct but i was amazed by the efficiency and commitment shown towards my claim by Nonhlanhla Thobane. Whenever I asked for feedback, it was provided and the claim was handled with minimal delays. Its not often that you deal with efficient people like Nonhlanhla Thobane these days.
