Processed claim in October 2012, after ALOT of back and forth and terrible service, claim was thankfully sorted by Thumela. Absolutely shocking service, but eventually it was done after 9 months and finally completed in July 2013. My query now is why should my premium have gone up just after the claim, but I hade to wait 9 months for completion!?
Shamiela said that is policy and there is nothing the that can be done. I am not impressed as it isn't about the money, but the principle of the matter.
I wouldn't recommend Virgin Insurance to anyone if this is the kind of service to expect!
