CHANGE OF POLICY ON A QUERY

02/01/13 I contacted Virgin in connection with water leaking through ceiling. After some discussion about options and excess it was decided that I would rather call out my own plumber to see if it was damaged geyser or pipes, and then go from there. My OWN PLUMBER advised it was a burst pipe. I had it repaired at my own cost and DID NOT CLAIM ANYTHING FROM VIRGIN. However, ON THE SAME DAY I received an updated policy and the next day money was taken out my account for the updated policy. I contacted Virgin and told them there had been no claim and wanted my original policy and money returned even though it was a very small amount. I was told that a claim for a geyser had been processed. WHAT RUBBISH! Virgin did not send a plumber to me so how could they process a claim for a geyser? Contacted them again, STILL NO POLICY RECEIVED. HOW DOES A POLICY CHANGE AND MONEY GET TAKEN ON A QUERY? There was no claim by me!! Policy changed instantly on same day and forwarded to me when it benefited them, but now that I need it corrected and resent to me, I get nothing, not a policy or a refund!
