Involved in accident on I think 31/10/2013 - someone rode into the back of my vehicle. Reported incident and was told that my premium will now go up. When I took out the policy I was not told that the premium will go up, I was told there will be an increase in premiums every second year and that depends on how much you claim. Joseph was suppose to go and listen to the tapes and get back to me which to this date has not happened. Virgin money does not respond to my emails either. I was fed false information. I have not even heard from Virgin Insurance re my claim if it had been approved or not when I was send a new policy schedule saying my premium has gone up, my car is not even fixed yet and the increased premium is already going off my account now. This is so bad and I am not happy with this service.
