Insurance claim - not processed

I reported an accident to Virgin money insurance on the 27.12.2012 and to date nothing has been done on my claim. I keep getting phone calls that there is no opening at the panelbeaters to repair my car. I am not sure if there is only 1 panelbeater contracted to them. My policy schedule was adjusted and I am already paying a higher premium as a result of the accident but with no service from the insurance.
