Call centre agent's Bad attitude

I am trying to resolve a credit record listing on my name, after being transfered for more than 7 times, the agent in question didn't give his name, was conducting himself in a non-professional way, speaking in Zulu/Swati and claiming he cannot hear me, when he is repeating the information I had just told him.
All I want is to find out why there is a default on a account which was already close, and paid up, I have the proof of account being paid and ackowledgement for legal department. And yet the account is still reflection on my credit record (s) [Experian].
How long do I have to be put on hold and transfered to other people who will also transfer me to someone who will not conduct themselves profesionaly?
