Unable correct account and receive credit record

Hi

I have been struggling since February this year to get my credit report from Experian.
I made 2 payments for the annual credit report to try and resolve and receive my report (so am sitting with a credit), but still nothing.
First did an EFT on the 5th February, because the system didn't want to except the debit order details and I was told to do so by the call centre.
I then did the online debit order on the 26th March, which has also not been allocated to my account. This was also done on recommendation to speed up the process.
Every time I phone I am told that it has know been resolved, the webmaster has been emailed and I should give it about an hour.
I also find that there are calls not registered on their system, so the communication can't be traced.
Prospective employers want a clear credit record and items need to be removed from my name.
The rescission documentation has been sent to Experian, but if a standard payment allocation cannot be resolved, I am concerned about the removal of judgment or defaults.
The implications is that, I am unable to apply for any positions in the corporate environment as this is a standard requiremant in the HR process.
