Im currently facing a problem with Alexandra forbes this is not the first time im having difficulty acquiring my documentation from them. in the morning yesterday i called and requested my tax certificate and i still have not received it i called in and emailed about 4 times already and still have not received my tax certificate, it seems like they never fully understand the urgency of their clients and always drag their feet in responding to their client need. kindly assit.
