STANDARD BANK HAS THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE

Good Day,

My name is Siyaam Scharnick, I had a credit card with standard bank and went into arrears went on to debt review for 2 /3 yrs. Took myself off debt review and then started paying my own accounts I paid up the credit card in this year. Called numerous times and asked for a paid up letter and it was never sent.
Myself and my Husband are busy applying for a bond but was declined by ABSA because of unsatisfactory credit. We were told to contact Experian who told me that I have a default with STD Bank. What's funny is the same bank who put me on default gave my husband and I a bond of 1.1 million how did this happen?
I called the call centre where I was poorly assisted by an agent who plainly said that home loans didn't do their job properly to check if I was on default she is blaming her own company???
One should never blame the company who provides a salary its unethical I then demanded to speak to a team leader who told me they couldn't assist. All i can say is that I was given bad service
Why was I given a bond of 1.1 mil if I'm on default? Why does Experian have me as default and trans union never picked up anything.
