Poor customer service

Numerous attempts has been made to resolve my home loan query. I have been transfered from pillar to post with no resolution. My average time on a call is 35 minutes only to come find that it was all in vain. After speaking to a number of agents (unfortunately only started keeping at a later stage 7 names), . Every consultant that I have spoken to, have been unable to resolve or even give me proper direction with my concerns. NB: this is never the same person, however the levels of support, (if you would want to call it that) are the same. You have to start explaining the same thing over and over and over again because of the constant transfering from one department to another. You will be tranfered by the call centre agent and be told by the next agent, you are in the wrong department. ( I therefore question the competence levels) no one is prepared to get back to the customer with feedback. What is most annoying is that after submitting documentation, I have been told that there is no record thereof. Where is all my paper work?
