I had a complaint last week about the service and about using second hand axel
You answered the service question and was glad to fetch my car
However I am still waiting for answers on the following...

Hi I am glad my car fixed but still waiting for an explanation as to why I was inconvenienced because you wanted to save money using second hand parts which took longer to get than new parts and still want an answer on the second hand axel that they wanted to use, how can you use a second hand part if it is a critical part that keeps your car stable on the road... still waiting for a proper response
Yes I know you were unable to get hold of me last friday, that was because I did not have phone on me so that is my fault...
