After people broke into our house, Charlene put us at ease, with her friendly manner of working with both my husband and I. She help us through the proses and with no trouble at all the claim was approved. She was truly helpful and the service that we received from her was amazing... I hope i never have to deal with her again :), but if i ever need to claim again, i would ONLY speak to her. Thank you for your awesome service!
