Complaint / review / scam report

I have on numerous occasions requested invoices to show me why certain amounts were being billed. MTN kept sending me incorrect invoices & came back to me that they couldnt get copy of the invoice & were requesting it- I am still waiting.
They were also charging me promo fees even after the contract expired, on enquiry they said that it was incorrect & they would charge me R500 instead. I refused to accept this without a detailed explanation of why.
After plenty of enquiries & follow ups I recieved nothing, but they were continuing to bill me. So I reversed payment & informed them that I was still waiting for a reply & once I had all the details I would make the payment.
Since then all I have recieved are threats to hand me over, I have tried to contact MTN on numerous occasions via email & telephone, I don't have an MTN contract any more- which I am actually relieved about, but I can't phone from my hand set & I dont have access to MTN active.
MTN have not made one effort to contact me to discuss the issues, but very glad to hand me over.

I am at my wits end & this is my last attempt to resolve.
