I had damage to my car from the Hail storm last year November - took my car for a quote and sent it on to my insurance which approved the claim the following day the 22nd November. because of the festive season I didn't want to take my car in for repairs as i know the problem with getting things done in December so I advised Justine that i will wait till i am back from Leave and than i will bring my car in for repairs and also wanted them to first order the part before i bring my car in for repairs as i know out of experience that parts cause delays with getting your car fixed and returned. it is now 2 months later and i still don't know if the part have been ordered or if my car will still get repaired in this year with the current situation of not getting any updates or feedback - and i need to phone them every week to find out if the parts have arrived... if things are going like this now i don't think it is going to be a pleasant experience once my car is in there repair shop. I don't mind waiting for parts - but it seems like no one is taking ownership or following up on the parts
