Pathetic service - incompetence

Hi There

I was called yday by your call centre agent if i'd like to activate cell phone banking. I accepted and got an sms that afternoon that it had been activated. On trying to access my normal "Internet Banking" last night my profile was unrecognised and my normal pin and password didnt work. I then called the contact centre again to sort this out and the guy put me on hold to contact Mbula. He kept me waiting 15 mins on the phone and i eventually got fed up and put down. How do u keep a customer waiting for so long to fix something so dam simple!? I've now wasted enough of my time and airtime and urgently request you to sort this out ASAP. Pathetic that they up something that has always worked and i need to run after people to fix a problem that i didn't cause.. Then still struggle to get a simple service!
