I used the Nedbank AppSuite to purchase airtime.. surprise, it didn't work. I went onto Internet banking where it worked.
The following day i noticed the money had come off twice yet i only received it once.
I have followed up Four times, and only been called once (This was after i called a second time and found out that my initial query was closed WITHOUT being contacted before it was closed.
Bunch of with a careless attitude. So much for asking once. A simple request has now moved into its third week of being dealt with.
I wonder how much more work could get done, if people attended to problems and dealt with them immediately.
