I bought airtime via on-line banking on the 25th of December 2012. as per normal the money was taken out of my account immediately and I expected an sms to my dongle in the next minute or two as normal, I am still waiting for the sms and airtime! I called the call centre and was told that there was problems with the system. I understood that part and the consultant said it would be investigated asap and gave me a ref number for the investigation and said I will be contacted when it is sorted. I am still waiting! I called a week after the promised call back and asked what's happening and the consultant was clueless! I emailed customer service as they apparently needed my bank name/branch name and this was supplied. Guess what??? I am still waiting for any sort of communication with regards to the investigation!!! and still no airtime either!!!
