Motor Finance Corporation

Earlier this year I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Cresta that was misrepresented to me as a 2012 model car. 2 months after taking delivery of the car I was informed that the car was actually a 2011 model. I immediately called MFC and asked for the contract to be cancelled. They refused! They continue to debit my account despite the fact that all documentation signed by me states that the car is a 2012 model. I did not sign any addendum changing this. During my communication with them I was informed that this was simply changed on their system without my signature or authorisation. Is this legal? They don't seem to care. They simply continue to debit my account. PLEASE do not use these for finance. They are in cohoots with dealerships and will adjust info on the system, simply to facilitate the deal!! If you cannot trust your bank, who can you trust???
