2012 vehicle sold as 2013 model

I purchased a vehicle (Nissan NP 200 1.6i base model) in January. I signed the offer to purchase on the 4th January and took delivery of the said vehicle on 9th February 2013.
Said vehicle was sold to me as a brand new vehicle with minor hail damage.
It came to my attention on the 8th April 2013, after McCarthy Nissan Germiston had failed to register the vehicle in my name, that this was a second hand vehicle that had been registered in 2012.
I have thus paid for a brand new 2013 model of the said vehicle and I have received a second hand 2012 model.
It seems that from the outset the details of the vehicle were mis-represented. I never expected such unethical behaviour from such a reputable franchise as McCarthy.

In light of the above I request that McCarthy Nissan Germiston take corrective measures.
