Earlier this year I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai Cresta that was a gross misrepresentation. Failing to resolve this with the dealership, I escalated the matter to the MIO, who clearly did not even bother to read my letter of complaint as they did not address any of the issues it contained. They simply decided that it because the car was initially presented as a 2011, there was simply no case (In the opening line of my letter I stated that the vehicle was initially presented as a 2011, but the deal was concluded on a 2012). They did not address the matter of refunding the extra amount I paid toward the car I traded in, the extra that was paid in insurance premiums, the disgusting service received or the fact that I had submitted written proof that the deal was concluded on a 2012 model. Despite me addressing these concerns in response to their ruling I have had no response from them. I have no faith in the MIO, and don't believe they offer FAIR arbitration!!!
