GM Imperial
Phantom Vehicle

To whom it may concern

May 2012 we bought a 2012 Opel Corsa 1.4 Enjoy 5 Dr demo, cash, from GM Imperial Vanderbijlpark.
Now, a year later, we are still struggling to get the registration papers and license for the vehicle.
For more than a month we have constantly been contacting them and still haven't seen any results.

Our insurance company informed us that there is no 2012 Enjoy. This model, apparently, ended 2011.

One of the sales personnel made a few phone calls to make sure of the year model of the vehicle and after all his calls he was still unable to tell me what year model the vehicle actually is. I overheard his conversations and from that it sounded like the vehicle was the first time registered in December 2011.

The license disc on the vehicle expired December 2012.

The license plates of the vehicle is being traced by the license department to an Isuzu bakkie.

Can someone please assist.
