I have an Investment Account and a Retirement Annuity Fund with PPS Invest, I recently changed to another bank and I wanted to update my banking details with PPS to make sure my debit order is deducted from my new account. I did the Online Change request for both accounts and submitted the document I received from the online system as well as a bank statement for both of my accounts with PPS Invest. Two days later my Investment Account details are updated but my Retirement Annuity is unchanged. I assumed it was a mistake so I submitted the online change again and again sent in the Change of bank details document and a bank statement to PPS Invest. Five days later my details still weren't updated for my Retirement Annuity. I phoned the Client Service Center where a nice lady helped me and told me she would follow up. I received an email from her with a confirmation letter to show the update. Only problem is the letter was for my Investment account. I have now tried to do a Change of bank account details THREE times with no luck!! Nobody can help me and I want to move my investment elsewhere. It may not be much to PPS but it makes a difference to me!
