I have contacted Capitec Bank on the 17 July 2013 to enquire about the status of my loan on the ITC as the account is paid in full. I was informed that they are not held responsible of updating the details with the ITC but it is my responsibility. I requested to be sent with that paid up letter so that i can send to ITC for record purposes, until today the letter is not received. I have made a follow up this morning and spoke to Reta (Not sure if i hspelt the name correct) She told me the letter was drafted on the 17 July 2013 but management are on interviews??? I dont know if realisticly can everyone be on interviews and none available to sign documents? This is ridiculous and very bad service. I request to have this letter ASAP because i will not follow up this much if i wanted to frame this letter but i need it to update my records.
